The World Cup host team is training in Brazil, and played against Cruzeiro from Belo Horizonte last night. The final score was 0-0, and South Africa proved that there is still many urgent improvements needed in their gamestyle.

In a very friendly game, the Brazilian team had a few more chances than the "Bafana Bafana". But strikers of both sides could not score the opener.

More than 40,000 supporters assisted to the Mineirao Stadium for the match. By the end of the game, they were exasperated with their own squad's inaccuracies, but delighted with some talented moves of Itumeleng Khune and Siphiwe Tshabalala.

Carlos Alberto Parreira sounded satisfied with the result: “This was our biggest match in Brazil. Our team can't do miracles in nine days, and I think that we have had good results so far."
